Well, a pretty good indicator that I will get sick is either I start a project I'm really excited about or if I start exercising... well, I was foolish enough to start both in the same week. Now I am playing catch up with the Artistic Mother group. Thank goodness, it is the most enjoyable form of catch up I can think of (as opposed to housework!) I am posting pictures of the background papers I have completed so far! I tried some new techniques, made some monoprints, and messed around with some old calendar photos! On to create the second half!

I'm with you. I would rather be doing art than housework. Your background papers are awesome. Can't wait to see more.
Your papers look great! I zoomed into them so I could really see the texture, very nice:) My problem is that I would pretty much rather be doing anything other than housework! I need to do my poetry tote next, but am having motivational problems... it helps to see what others are up to; thanks for sharing.
your papers are lovely, so glad you got going! all the best in your art adventures.
Just found your site through the Artistic Mother Art Group blog list at Artistic Creations with Trudy. I also just got a copy of The Artistic Mother. Great job with the background papers? Have you done any more of the projects in the book? I like your zentangle, too.
